Surface Quality:The internal and external surfaces of the steel tube are not allowed to have cracks, scabs, folds, delaminations, laps, and burns. Allows for scribes, scratches, misalignment of welds, burns, oxide scales, and external burr removal traces that are not more than a negative wall thickness deviation

Heat treatment: After welding, all tubes shall be heat treated at a temperature of  900℃ or higher and followed by cooling in air or in the cooling chamber of a controlled- atmoshpere furnace. Cold-drawn tubes shall be heat treated after the final cold -draw pass at a temperature of 650℃ or higher.
