This tube is used for petroleum cracking. The seamless petroleum cracking steel tube is produced by hot rolling, cold drawn, according to the Chinese standard GB 9948-88.
GB 9948-88, a standard applies to the production of hot rolling or cold drawn seamless steel tube used for petroleum cracking, heat exchanger and pipeline.

2. Bending tolerance :
WT≤15 mm, Bending≤1.5mm/m
WT>15mm, Bending≤2.0mm/m
3. End shape of the gas cylinder tube:
Both ends of the pipe should be cut to a complete end surface perpendicular to the axis, and remove burrs
4. Ovality and Wall unevenness:
The ovality and wall unevenness should be no more than 80% of the OD and wall thickness.(Or according to customer`s request)
5. Delevery condition:
For 10#/ 20#, hot rolling tube should be rolling finished, and the cold drawn tubes should be normalized.
For 12CrMo/ 15CrMo/ 1Cr2Mo, hot rolling tube should be rolling finished and tempered, and the cold drawn tubes should be normalized and tempered.
For 1Cr5Mo, the tubes should be annealed.
For 1Cr19Ni9, solution treatment is needed, and the solution temperature should be no less than 1040 ℃.
For 1Cr19Ni11Nb, solution treatment is needed, and the solution temperature for the hot rolling tube should be no less than 1040 ℃, while for the cold drawn tube should be no less than 1095 ℃.
