Introduction

Material and Specification
JIS G3452 carbon steel pipes are classified into three categories based on the minimum yield strength: STPG 370, STPG 410, and STPG 480. These pipes are manufactured using seamless and electric resistance welding (ERW) methods.
The standard specifies the following requirements for the pipes:
Dimensions: The outer diameter (OD) of the pipes ranges from 10.5mm to 660.4mm, and the wall thickness (WT) varies from 1.7mm to 25mm.
Length: The standard length of the pipes is 5 to 7 meters.
Coating: The pipes may be coated with zinc or other anti-corrosive materials according to customer requirements.
